I have been high on weeds while delivering pizza about 5-6 years ago. Does this count in this section? Low chance of passing for public trust?

Pizza driver, while irresponsible driving impaired, is not a position immediately affecting public safety. Think law enforcement, military, medical, mass transport (i don’t want my airline pilot to be impaired by alcohol or marijuana), etc…
