2022 charges (felony-attempted rape), 2024 reduced to pbj misdemeanors, sf85 low risk position - data processing in sf85, only pbj disclosed, then revocation letter. while submitting appeal, the decision denied low risk access to the fed due to criminal conducts. the decision letter suggests 2 years later re-apply

now applying for a similar low risk position in NOAA, will disclose all of the original charges and outcome of the pbj misdemeanor and other mitigations (letters, a single incidence) along with admission of the one-time revocation due to criminal activity.
