Secret adjudiation Completed with a status of Eligibility Pending

Hi all,

Looking to see if someone would be able to help clear up some information for me in my investigation. My FSO is confused as well and no help from CACI doing my investigation either. I’m working at a DoD contractor and currently doing uncleared work until my clearance goes through. My FSO checked in DISS and my status is “Secret adjudication Completed with a status of Eligibility Pending” and I’ve been in adjudication since May of 2024 according to DISS, no interim either. This is for a secret clearance.

Red Flags that were all disclosed:
Foreign Family - parents are US Citizens, I’m a US Citizen. The rest of my family are all Israeli citizens
Foreign Previous Employer - I worked at a startup and my boss is an Israeli citizen here on a green card
Drug Use - Smoked weed in High school and at the start of college. 2020 was the last time I had used it and I had really only used it about 5 times to try it. I got a Medical card to use it legally in my state (yes I know its federally illegal).

Timeline:
Job interview - 03 2024
Offer Accepted - 04 2024
SF86 Submitted - 05 2024
Interview - Late 11 2024
Follow up 1 - Early 12/24 my investigator didn’t ask about weed originally then was told he had to ask
Follow up 2 - 12/31/24 my investigator needed scans of my passport to confirm my foreign travel that I had reported
Follow up 3 - Late 02/25 I can’t remember what he had wanted to talk about but it was nothing serious as it was a 5 minute chat
Follow up 4 - 03/25 I reached out since I had talked with my FSO and was told my status hasn’t changed from “Secret adjudication Completed with a status of Eligibility Pending”. Investigator interviewed one of my contacts since he never interviewed anyone. Confirmed my foreign contacts and travel.
Follow up 5 - 05/25 I reached out again as my FSO had told me nothing changed in DISS and was told by my investigator that everything from his side was approved to go to adjudication and that “your case does not require any further field work and should be in adjudication for final decision.”

I know that I could be sitting in adjudication for a while but I’m curious if anyone could provide more insight to this since its just mentally draining with the “hurry up and wait” mentality.
