If I have an active Secret clearance, how would I seek an employer willing to sponsor a TS/SCI for cyber positions? I have researched but haven’t really found much luck in finding positions willing to sponsor a higher clearance.

Yeah, there seems to be a ton jobs out there requiring applicants to already have active TS, but no one actually wants to sponsor. Presumably, there are all kinds of labor shortages these days, so this will only get worse. And its not like TS is something one could just go to school for, unlike your other typical licenses and qualifications…
