Does this investigation include an FBI background check? Does it include everything in a persons history, not just 7-10 years? I have passed FBI checks for weapons, ATF checks for suppressors and I hold a commission card for armed security but I have juvenile felonies on my record and a sexual charge from when I was 18. Was consensual relationship. I am 42 yrs old now.
Yes, it does. But just because “old stuff” shows up doesn’t mean you’ll be denied.
