I was granted TS/SCI in 2019 with the CE date of May 2019. I had LOJ in September 2022. I received an offer from DoD agency and they sent a CSR to clear the LOJ. Then, DCSA CAS requested updated SF-86 to clear the LOJ. I submitted SF-86 with financial debts and my payment plan agreement exhibits in September 2023. Then, DCSA CAS sent Supplemental Information Request asking about the actual payments which were made to the third-party debt management company. After submitting this evidence, LOJ was cleared and my 2019 TS/SCI was renewed in November 2023. For some reason, CE date never showed in DISS after this.
Then, I never worked for this agency and accepted offer somewhere else. They checked DISS and saw TS/SCI eligibility but they said there is no CE date showing. They wanted me to submit a new SF-86 to be enrolled into CE. I submitted SF-86 again yesterday and it was pretty much the same SF-86 that I submitted in September 2023. They said it would be for T3R. I have two questions:

Why do you think CE is not showing after LOJ was cleared and TS/SCI was renewed in November 2023?

The financial issue was adjudicated previously in November 2023. The SF-86 from yesterday had the same financial with the same mitigating efforts. Will this be revisited when it comes to T3R and being enrolled into CE?
