If a serious violations are reported to the FSO about an employee with a TS, and the FSO/Executives sweep it under the rug, what do you do next? Also, could the company lose their Secured Facility Clearance?
A similar question came up late last week. I believe that you can take your complaint to the DSS (Defense Security Service?) as the next level. Yes . . . The company certainly could lose their clearance. Remember . . . This is a serious accusation that could effect ALL of the employees at the company severely.

If the complaint has to do with a potentially serious security violation you can report it outside of company channels.
