Switching jobs with TS and open incident report

Hi - I am planning to switch jobs whilst having an incident report (for a reckless driving ticket in Virginia) on record from last Summer. My current job’s FSO did all the right things and put in a “FINAL” status back in the Summer (verified by pulling my records from DMDC) and it now seems like its just waiting for an adjudicator to mark it closed/resolved.

I received a job offer for a place involving TS work again and I am worried about a loss of jurisdiction. The company knows about the incident report since I was upfront about it. I have not heard any feedback from their FSO. Again though, what is the risk here and how do I avoid a Loss of Jurisdiction? Thanks
