Hello everyone,
More than 7 years ago, I had an interaction with our local police. I was parked near a park in a residential area sitting in my car and one of the neighbors must not have liked it. Ultimately the police let me leave after determining no wrongdoing, but I was wondering if this is something that could be brought up in a background check? Also, is this something I should disclose, even if it was over 7 years ago? Where would I disclose it?
As a side question, how can I request the same level of information on myself that the BI would have access to? I want to ensure I don’t forget anything.
