What was the nature of the thing you forgot? I wouldn’t be so quick to assume “discrimination” when you just admitted you left something off your SF-86.

After a few rounds of questions, he stops and asks me what I’m hiding and basically convinces me I must’ve left it off intentionally. I never said explicitly that I had, but basically admitted it in so many words.

Won’t help for a poly, but a good criminal lawyer could probably get such a “confession” thrown out
