It college I had a friend (lets call him Joe) who would bring his friend who was an intentional student from Turkey to a few things we did. Me and the Turkish student were never close (I would later find out he only tolerated being around me for Joe). The 2 times we went to the movies that year were the times I would have hung out with the Turkish student because Joe would bring him along. Me and the Turkish person were friends on snapchat but we never really talked to each other. At the end of the semester I stopped being friends with Joe and as a result I blocked both Joe and the Turkish person.
My question is this, Do I need to list the Turkish international student as a foreign contact even though I didnt feel close to him and I have not had continuing contact with him (we haven’t spoke in 2 years). I also never had the Turkish person’s contact info like address, email, phone#, etc
