I was wondering if the DOD and DIA counts YouTube as social media?

If you are regularly in contact with foreign nationals, absolutely. If you are concerned about porn habits…possibly. Not accusing you or trying to be sensational. Any digital info access point or platform should be considered.

If you interact with people on a media platform it counts, though you may not know their real names or locations.
