Why did i not recieved SOR for Job i was on?

So i received my SOR for the lame PT job i applied for at NSA and am in the midst of my appeal. I never started this job. SC shows “denied”

I did not receive any SOR or paperwork from the FT job i was on with DOD. DISS shows “denied”.

My FSO doesn’t seem to know why but thinks DCSA is just waiting on NSA to decide. Why would they be waiting on them and why wouldn’t DISS just e in “suspend” status instead of denied?

I’m wondering if should force them to send me a SOR.

Thoughts?

I think you should. But how would you do that? FOIA/privacy act request?

Basically just tell them that they are breaking the “law” or policy by not sending one i guess.
