I work for a contractor. In 2019 my secret clearance was revoked, but I never received a statement of reasons. I don’t know if this is because they mailed it to me and I never got it, or because my FSO never gave it to me. I still work at the same company.
I would like to reapply for my clearance, with the help of a lawyer. They obviously want to see why the clearance was revoked. I filed an FOIA with DCSA almost 60 days ago. Does anyone know how long I should expect to wait?
My plan is to bring the information to a lawyer, have them review the file, then have my FSO initiate the eQUIP/SF-86 process. I can’t do anything until I receive the SOR.
