With the National Defense Authorization Act of 2020 that was signed December 2019, from my understanding it finalized all clearances from OPM to DOD. I heard (on this site) that someone said they heard some agencies will do their own and I asked my FSO (who is completely clueless) and she said DHS does their own. I saw a site that DHS does not.
My question, will DOD take over clearances for DHS?
