If the federal government is still shut down, they definitely have the reasoning to continue to freeze..
So they held a vote on Monday (which failed) and all I’ve heard is the next vote is “later in the week.” Sounds like there needs to be some high-level meetings and I am not hearing anything about this.
I’m afraid this is going to drag on into next week.
