I have been processing for one position requiring a clearance for many months now, and am presumably in adjudication. I recently received a second offer from a different agency. My initial agency states that I can have multiple investigations happening at once as long as they are sponsored by different agencies, which these jobs are.
BI’s, is there anything I need to be wary about with this? I have read all of my documents and none of them require an exclusive commitment, but I just want to be sure I’m not handling this the exact wrong way or burning any bridges. I will obviously fill in the appropriate info on the second SF-86 surrounding these investigations running concurrently. I just want to be sure that accepting this second Conditional Offer isn’t going to tank/end the first investigation and somehow ruin everything.
