Applying elsewhere after passing poly

Is having passed a polygraph recently something an applicant should make note of in an application? For example, should it be noted in a cover letter? The agency to which I initially applied may deny my suitability over a resolved tax issue. This did not become a concern until after I had cleared the polygraph. I am trying to determine whether, if suitability is denied, I can utilize the passed polygraph favorably in an application to a different agency.

If it is NSA your polygraph will not be published anywhere unless you EOD, so there would be no way for anyone to see if you passed.

Thank you, VelcroTech.
