Did anybody get a call recently from investigator?
I’m sure lots of people did as there are thousands of investigators working 20-30+ cases at a time. Did you have a specific question?

yes. I have a question
- got my CJO since 06/13/2024 ,
- submit SF86 on 06/ 17/2024
- my SF86 was approved on 07/02/2024
- my credit pull on 07/03/2024
Then I spoke to recruiter he said it will take 4 to 6 weeks from the date I submit my SF86 to be contacted by investigator. It is been 8 weeks and I have not hear from investigator and when I recontact him , he is not sure about the time frame it will take for investigator to be in touch. So , - Is there a way to contact investigator to check the status of my SF86 ?

There is no way of knowing how long it might take. It is completely dependent on the workload in your geographic area. I’m currently working cases of people who submitted their SF86 in January or February.

There is no way for you to contact your investigator, the investigator will reach out to you within days (if not hours) of being assigned your case. Patience is your friend during this process.
I will suggest that: You have an outgoing message with your name on your voice mail (no one answers unknown numbers, but investigators always leave a message.)
Check your voice messages daily.
Check your emails, we do reach out by email when there is no response from a call.
If your investigator does not answer when you them back, leave a clear voice message with your name , a call back number and a good time for them to call you. Investigators get numerous calls a day, leave a message. Can’t tell you how many people call back and then don’t leave a message, or leave one with “hey, I’m calling you back. Bye”
