I had a question I was hoping someone had some experience with. During my DOD investigation, I was told I did not receive an Interim clearance and I met with an investigator a couple months later. Now with the DOS process, I am meeting with an investigator fairly quickly, but have not been told a status on an Interim yet. Can an Interim clearance be granted after the interview with the investigator OR should I assume I will not receive an interim because there are things that need to be talked about with an investigator?
Won’t be granted. Interview is for final adjudication.
