No judgements on what people put down on their forms. Everyone has different reading levels/comprehension ability. SF only asks for “fines” and makes no mention of “fees” and it also asks to list “cohabitants” and not “romantic cohabitants” 
The cohabitants section throws a lot of people off. The SF clearly states what is and is not a cohabitant for the purposes of completing the SF. Hint: A cohabitant is not your mama.
I believe there is a difference between a fine and a fee. The SF86 just says fines…but I hope many BIs know this also. I leaving it off.
