Credit checked twice

So I submitted my eQip back in March 2021. Credit was checked the very next day. Investigation was mid-April, report submitted in May. I’m still waiting for a security clearance. No movement at all. Then today I receive notice that my credit was checked my OPM again. Now I’m thinking the worst. Two things that they questioned me about back in March are not on my credit report, so I’m wondering why they pulled it again.

How did the credit report check show up?

I received a letter from Equifax (like I did the first time) notifying me that my credit has been checked for employment purposes by DCSA Office of Personnel Mngment.
