Has anyone been successful in getting their clearance crossed over after a denial with the same customer? Not counting initials. Looking to go back after 18 months away but was denied a year ago.
very much depends on the agency. CIA; i have never heard of anyone getting adjudicated after a denial EVER. NSA, Tries to follow CIA. DIA, Possible.
The issue is that its easy for them to deny because they can see it immediately in scattered castles.
For a crossover? Not a new clearance.
