Wait, so IC agencies do not have Continuous Evaluation (CE)? What about NGA and NSA which fall under both DoD and the ODNI? I suppose the old adage of “your mileage may vary” applies here as well.

I read somewhere (probably here) that NSA no longer requires the SF-86 every five years but has their own internal form that is filled out every year.

I’ve heard that IC agencies do have Continuous Evaluation (CE) but it will not flow over to our DoD/DoW systems of record (DISS upon reciprocity, we still have to update CE now PVQ when reciprocity is granted.
