I am currently in a job that requires a TS, and my SSBI is near completion. I want to to take another job with a DHS contractor that requires a Secret. I was told by HR that they might could onboard me since I am already in JPAS, I would just need to get DHS EOD which requires citizenship verification and a criminal history check. My interim TS was denied due to minor things I disclosed on my SF86 (no criminal history or financial). Would DHS be able to retrieve what has been done on my BI so far and make a determination for suitability based on that or will they just see my SF-86 and deny it?
