It has been 2 years to the day since my investigation began. (about 1 year investigating, one adjudication.) Still nothing.

Talk to your FSO to determine status. Think about and discuss your options with your FSO.
You could consider contacting a Congressperson to nudge your clearance. If you are at work with an interim, then consider continuing to wait.
