I am really struggling. I am completing USAID’s FOREIGN ACTIVITY DATA (Supplementing Standard Form 86) whereby I need to list 4 verifiers currentlty in the US for each residence I have had (and cannot repeat from my e-QIP).

I have lived in 4 countries over the past 10 years- I do not know 16 seperate people in the US well enough to reach out to.

  1. I am assuming I cannot list relatives (cousins, aunts) but do you know if I can list distant relatives such as 4th/5th cousins?

  2. do you know if I can use the same person more than once? for example if a friend was in HR for my job in country X, then also for my job in country Y - can I use that person twice

Any suggestions? Thank you!

Does it specifically say you cannot list relatives? If not, then go ahead.

And if one person can reliably verify more than one period of time, why not use them.
