If my spouse was just discharged with an OTH for marijuana how would this affect my TS/SCI clearance? Also would she still be able to get an education using my GI bill?
Were you aware of her illegal drug use? If so, then it may be an issue. Have you reported this information to your security officer? If not, I would do so ASAP. The issue is that you cohabitate/associate with a drug user. What are you/have you done to resolve it?
It was a one time thing at a party and she felt guilty about it so I told her to be honest about it and not to hide it. so she went to DAPA but the military has a zero tolerance about drug use
