Is adjudication the final step?

My SSBI completed, and now I’m waiting for the adjudication.

Is adjudication the final step of the process?
If I changed agencies/organizations, would the clearance have to be adjudicated again?

Yes that is the last step. It will not need to be re-adjudicated until your periodic reinvestigation. And I believe it is not an SSBI it is called tier 5 now.
