Hello All,
I am at the last stage of trying to get my security clearance. I was put in for an upgrade, and I received an SOR, the concerns are over 5plus years ago something that can be mitigated. I hired a lawyer to help me respond to the SOR. However, they requesting a hearing after receiving my response to the SOR. Will having a lawyer to represent me at the hearing would help the judge grant my security clearance? Do anyone have any experience in this matter?
