I was recently terminated from my position for not being up to standards. This was about 2 weeks ago and I was in training still for about 6-7 months and I made a mistake during an Op that required me be put on PIP. I tried my best to do what I can during my time but I was terminated after talking with my HR. I was trying to get another position on base and the HR manager said in JPAS it has Loss of Jurisdiction. Does the new company take me over in JPAS ?
