A pay raise of… eight tenths of one percent. What a joke. Sending out the email will cost more than the company loses by handing out this “raise.”

How do you even calculate 8/10ths of one percent???
I found that small incremental raise of three to four dollars and all the additional paperwork required to be turned in to be onerous.
Unless it’s at least a 10% raise, it didn’t move the needle for me. There are other vendors that pay better than Peraton for Subject Interviews and records. Where Peraton is very competitive is for source interviews.
Do they do annual raises?
