What determines which one comes first? I had my interview last month and I’m scheduled for my poly this month. However I’ve seen so many on here who had a poly first before the interview. How is that decided?
Each agency is different. I think it is more a case of where their constraints are. If they have limited BI people, good bet the Poly comes first. If Poly is the constrained item, and BI folks plentiful…the BI comes first. Or they actually developed a metric and determined more folks screened out of the Poly process than the BI part so they got that done up front and did not waste time on those who would not pass.
