Not sure if my question fits here, but I want to make sure I don’t make a mistake. A friend has asked me to help him find someone for a job he was given to fill. The job requires a TS/SCI with full scope. As a recruiter working on Gov contracts for many years, we did have a need to fill jobs with the TS/SCI but not the poly. Can I put that part of the requirement in the job description? Can I just say - " w/poly" or “fsp”? I don’t want to get in trouble and my friend is not a recruiter so have no idea. I asked someone else who works for State and they said - if you say TS, they will know they need a poly. I politely explained - I do know that that is not so! Anyone?
Have you looked at what other job sites are doing?
I’ve seen plenty asking for it and I saw many on resumes. No problems mentioning it.
