I can’t remember my previous supervisors name and headquarters doesn’t hand out that information. I called into headquarters to verify my dates of employment but they don’t have me on file anymore because their hr system has changed. I worked there about 6 and a half years ago. I was just wondering what lengths investigators go to contact previous supervisors that no longer work there? I have my tax form to prove I worked there.
I’ve been in similar situations, just put down the information that was current as of the time you left. I think the tax forms will help.
