Hello, with my sf85p (for Tier 4) I was wondering what are the chances of BI coming back with an unfavorable decision. I haven’t had any issues whatsoever in finances, criminal, alcohol, drugs, employment records, etc. I am naturalized US citizen. One area that makes me nervous is the valid Russian passport issued before naturalization and used only once in the past 10 years to travel to Russia (after getting naturalized). Parents are still living there. I am willing to renounce and am preparing for this lengthy process on my own anyway. Would appreciate your opinions.
