Question about person who knows you at this address ?

Hi, it is possible to put people that live in the same house/my current residence as a person who know me at this address.

Essentially I lived with my parent , but at the same time they also rent out other rooms/unit in the house to other people . Can I used these people as verifier for my current residence on the sf86 form.
