Is there a way to correct information in JPAS? History.

A potential employer told me that in JPAS, next to Eligibility at the top of the page, it only states Top Secret… but under Adjudication Summary, it has a determined SCI eligibility date. This employer stated that even though I have a determined eligibility date for SCI at the bottom of the page, it needs to be next to TOP SECRET at the top of the page.

This employer stated that it is showing in Scatter castle but not JPAS.

How can I get this fixed another way besides someone owning me? Clearly, this is an error on my JPAS records.

I have had this issue in the past and it was due to me being part of another organization that doesn’t utilize SC, but still maintains the usage of SCI. Once I got onto a contract with the agency that uses SC, my JPAS updated to show that SCI was active. This situation should not stop you from gaining opportunities, just explain the situation to the potential employer and have them check SC.
