Greetings-
Am updating SF-86 for reinvestigation of DoD (TS) and upgrade to TS-SCI. I have some foreign contacts in my previous submission that have died. Do I keep these on the list and add a comment, or remove them from my submission?

Do you have or have you had…

If you had contact with them before they died, and it was within the last seven years, list them. If no contact in the last seven years, don’t list them.

Also, don’t forget to list the contact as ending on your questionnaire. There is a response for this involving foreign associations.
