Security clearance active/current, or not?

I have an active and current security clearance, but there is an incident report on it from last year when my clearance was locally suspended due to my medical treatment. My clearance has been reinstated since. Will be affect my chances of obtaining employment? The incident report is being removed (RRU) but it will take 30 days. My clearance is still considered active and current, correct? Will this affect, say, when the client looks to my application for a defense contract? Thank you.

Thanks.

Incident reports in JPAS for medical treatment generally are not a cause concern for Company FSOs’ who may see the information, as long as it was resolved favorably. Federal regulations mandate that agencies must reciprocally accept a favorable decision made on a background investigation.

Thank you! Very relieved.
