I received unemployment benefits during the pandemic but they sent me a letter to appeal an overpayment benefits I received, I appealed on 02/2023 and was denied and I’m appealing again now but the decision is still pending. It’s not a civil court case is an administrative case with the employment Commission of my state.but I don’t know if will affect me or not. If they denied the appeal I plan to make a payment plan.
If it is not a court case… don’t list it. But keep track of any correspondence and payment agreements in case it does come up sometime in the next few years (which I doubt… but be prepared).
