SF86 Unemployment verifier?

I was laid off from a job in 2014 and unemployed for 4 months, during which time I received unemployment benes while looking for work.

The form asks for a “name of someone who can verify your unemployment activities and means of support”.

Is it cromulent to list my husband as the verifier since he knew I was getting the benes and shaking the trees looking for work? He does seem like the most reasonable person to list.

We have success using a family member for those situations. I also have used the local unemployment commission who verified they collected bennies for those dates.
