My auntie is in her 80’s. I visit her whenever I visit her foreign country. Approx every few years. We don’t talk on the phone sincfe she can’t hear me anymore. Should I list her?

If yes, then list her. Im assuming there is some bond between you, since you visit her.
Definitely list. She would be a foreign national…and you remain in contact with her.
