If you are a contractor and are issued a SOR, are you determined suspended or revoked at the time the FSO has you sign for the SOR, or are you classified as denied/revoked after you respond to the SOR and it comes back that they upheld decision to deny/revoke?
Am I fired at the time the SOR is given to me?

Or am I fired after I reply and decision is made?
I just need to see if I should ask for a Government waiver at the time a SOR is issued or wait until after the SOR is decided upon.
