I am confused about this term. I had a secret clearance while working on a federal contract in 2012. It is understandable that I would have to start over on applying for a clearance. The company said my clearance had been “archived” and said it would cause an issue with me receiving a NACI. If there is anyone who can tell me about this, I would greatly appreciate it. I thought there was only 2 - Active and Inactive.
