I know one is an sf85p-s (PT) and the other is a sf86 (clearance), but in reality how much of a difference is it?
T4 is typically SF85P. It’s only P-S if the position requires a weapon.
As for the the differences between T4 and T5, they are quite drastic. Search for the Standard Forms on OPM website and you’ll see the differences.
