T4 similar to T5

1. how close is the T4 to the T5 background investigation? T4 being the new SF85P and the SF86. There doesnt seem to be much of a difference.

2. If you completed a T4 6 months ago and now need a T5, will they interview employers, references and again?

Not much difference BUT yes it’ll be done from scratch.
