Timeline 2024 Thread

Technically they do STEM pay, but its not as clear cut as DCIPS STEM or whatever NSA does. My pay I was given doesn’t exactly line up on the gs schedule chart, it’s slightly higher. So its some sort of increase for STEM but I cant find it referenced anywhere. Just going off of what my COE shows for my pay.

Everything has to be confusing with them

Soon you will thanking your lucky stars that you’re not part of DoD… I think it is part of their culture

I got an update a few days ago, but my famously bad luck has me too scared to jinx it.

What was the update?

Hey guys wanted to give people my current timeline as well, still waiting for the clearance

Mid May : Interview
Late July : CJO
August: SF-86 Submitted
October: Met with investigator

Waiting on the poly/psych eval.

I got an acknowledgment to sign from an adjudicator. They should be updating DISS soon.

Have you gotten dates yet to sign up or are you still waiting for those?

What does this mean, did you get FJO?

Oh no, I’m a contractor. I’ve been working this whole time.

I was/am awaiting adjudication. I’ve been on unclass work for the past year and a half.

Maybe its because I only focused and paid most attention to those messages that were relating to adjudication. Hang in there. There is good news coming all of our ways!!! I firmly believe that! The end is Near!!!

Oh mine was about adjudication, you just caught me replying that contractors don’t always have to wait for FJO.

New week, hopefully, good news for some folks in here :crossed_fingers:

Question for those with psych forms they had to fill out. Did any of them refuse or you couldn’t get them because your doctor had left? I may be running into this issue so I am unsure what kind of issues this will present.

This def seems like something to reach out to the applicant psychology number they have on the form. I thought it mentioned somewhere about having to submit a more formal request if it is not easy to simply request them from the doctor but again I would just relay this to the psych number

I had my old therapist’s office send the records. I think they have to keep the records on hand for a specified amount of time even if your doctor left. Does the company still exist?

The doctor didn’t fill out any prefilled-out forms; my visit notes were basically sent to them without anything from the actual doctor. I just dealt with the records department folks.

Haven’t heard back from applicant psychology that anything else was needed. The other agency in Virginia accepted those same notes/records.

Here’s a tip: When getting those records sent over, request a copy for yourself, too. You are entitled to them, so you will know what is on them and what the agency will see.
