Timeline 2024 Thread

I had my old therapist’s office send the records. I think they have to keep the records on hand for a specified amount of time even if your doctor left. Does the company still exist?

The doctor didn’t fill out any prefilled-out forms; my visit notes were basically sent to them without anything from the actual doctor. I just dealt with the records department folks.

Haven’t heard back from applicant psychology that anything else was needed. The other agency in Virginia accepted those same notes/records.

Here’s a tip: When getting those records sent over, request a copy for yourself, too. You are entitled to them, so you will know what is on them and what the agency will see.

I did. My doctors’ company refused to allow my provider to give an interview and one had left the company, so an investigator had me sign to collect all my records. The company still only gave them dates of treatment and billing codes. They (investigator/adjudicator?) mistranslated the billing codes as a diagnosis chart, but I was able to mostly clear it up.

They do still exist, but it was a hospitalization awhile ago. I asked the records to be sent but only what was needed on the form. The other form was sent in though. I am not sure what will happen if they decide to not send it in, but I haven’t been able to contact the hospital to see if they sent it in.

Interesting. I have been pretty up front about everything and recently went to the hospital to sign the release of information form. Hopefully it is sent soon because this is my last thing needed as far as I am aware.

Yeah they just want to confirm and check for any surprises. It should be fine.

Hello, just want to ask if you were able to get an interim?

No interim - my agency doesn’t do interims so I had to wait 1 year to get cleared & start

Oh my good god, finally! I’m eligible! Have to sign an agreement that has me basically on a probationary review period for a year, but I’m totally fine with this. :upside_down_face:

Congrats! Great news! How does the probation work? I read that the agency I’m joining has a probationary period, and I am wondering what that entails.

It’s actually on my clearance, not at my company. I just need to… Not change anything lol.

is this for ft meade agency?

That’s a big deal! Sucks being on a list but being cleared is huge! Hopefully, something pops up soon for you.

Hopefully. Do you know if the list is similar to the DIA hiring pool where I can use the SC for applying to cleared jobs?

Yes. For an IA position

6 polys is wild. I’m curious how you get told you fail then they’re like actually nah ur good. Hopefully they are looking to pick candidates off this list since they’ve already put you through months of procedure and spent all those resources

To be fair, I had 3 conditionals and took 2 for each. She flat out told be at the end that I was either getting dropped or was going to come back for another. Glad she was wrong lol
