In April 2019 I got a ticket for reckless driving. I was going 55 in a 25. It was my first offense so the judge ordered me to put the court fees (less than $300) and do some community service. A month later when I went back to court he lowered the charge down to equipment malfunction.
I reported this on my SF86 because I was in a company vehicle and got suspended for 3 days. In another section on the form it asks if I’ve ever been suspended at a job so I just reported the ticket. Was this the right move? Thanks
